MFBA login is email-based through Cloudflare Access. If you forget access or change devices, return to this login page and request a new email login code or link.
Use the same email used for enrollment. Check spam, junk, and promotions folders if the code does not arrive. If you no longer have access to that email, contact MFBA support.
MFBA will never ask for your password by email.
